Acceptance
By creating an account or otherwise using the Trador platform (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
What Trador provides
Trador is software for designing, backtesting, and running custom trading agents that execute on Hyperliquid. Trador is a non-custodial tool — your funds remain in your own Hyperliquid wallet at all times, and orders are signed by keys you control.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering a binding contract, and not located in a jurisdiction where use of the Service is restricted by law. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any rules governing trading and taxation.
Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials, API keys, and connected wallets. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
Trading risks
Trading crypto assets, including perpetual futures and meme tokens, involves substantial risk of loss. Automated strategies can magnify those losses, particularly in volatile or illiquid markets. Past performance and backtests do not predict future results. You alone are responsible for the strategies you deploy and the trades they execute.
Fees
Subscription fees and any usage-based fees are described on the pricing page or in your order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Hyperliquid trading fees, gas, and other on-chain costs are charged separately by Hyperliquid and are not collected by Trador.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for market manipulation, wash trading, or other illegal activity; (b) attempt to bypass rate limits, security, or access controls; (c) reverse engineer or resell the Service; or (d) interfere with other users or our infrastructure.
Intellectual property
Trador and its licensors retain all rights in the Service. You retain ownership of the strategies, configurations, and data you create in your workspace. You grant Trador a limited license to host and run that content solely to provide the Service to you.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Trador does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any strategy will be profitable.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trador will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of trading profits, revenue, data, or opportunity. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid Trador in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may cancel at any time from billing settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if continued access creates legal or security risk. On termination you remain responsible for fees accrued through the termination date and you may export your data for a limited period.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where local law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
